Farm Fresh Produce
We don’t anticipate having produce for sale this season, nor do we have a place to sell, but are having a lot of fun growing our own food and encourage all of you to try your hand at growing something this summer. Maybe you remember me sending an email last fall to throw some garlic in the ground? Well, ours is about 6-8 inches high right now. It is such an easy thing to grow. Another great option here is lettuce, but watch out for those rodents! Remember, the Humane Society is always giving away “barn cats”. We have had good luck with these cats, and are happy to talk to anyone about that whole experience and the process of acclimating them to your property.
